Using Homestead Helper

Homestead Helper is a subscription app for tracking your backyard flock's roster, health, and egg production. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. One account is for one flock owner — don't share your login.

Tiers and billing

Free tier is free, always. Standard and Plus tiers are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan any time from the billing portal — you'll keep paid-tier access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Your data

Your flock data and photos belong to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you enter or upload — see our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and used.

Acceptable use

Don't use Homestead Helper to store anything illegal, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the app's infrastructure (scraping, abusing the API, etc.).

Service availability

We aim to keep Homestead Helper up and running, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or that it will be error-free. We're not liable for lost data or lost access — keep your own records of anything critical.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
